In the fall, guitarist Lindsey Buckingham told me he “would be shocked” if something didn’t happen on the Mac front next year. He thinks making a new album might be nice; I’d wager another tour is far more likely (and profitable).

... I still say it'll be 2013 before we see anything from Fleetwood Mac!

I personally want to make it clear that I want a new album, not a "greatest hits" tour. After the all-time career high-points of IN YOUR DREAMS and SEEDS WE SOW, I want Fleetwood Mac to do something surprising and amazing again. They're ready. Both Lindsey and Stevie are in top form and fortified with enough outside acclaim that they should both be able to do battle with each other again with renewed vigor. Maybe they should call it KING KONG VS. GODZILLA. SAY YOU WILL was 9 years ago!!! If Fleetwood Mac wants to keep me listening, I'm going to need some new songs. XOXOXOXOXO
I will always listen to Stevie Nicks & Mac. Just goes without saying....
Though I just did say it...
BUT, definitely a NEW CD with NEW music is long overdo... Of course... a tour would require a set-list with Old and New and Stevie music!!
and possibly including Oregon in the tour itinerary, please....
New music is what we want !
I do NOT want a tour! I want that Buckingham/Nicks album.
But since then Stevie has said she wants to wait another year for Fleetwood Mac to do anything because she wants to continue to tour and promote "In Your Dreams" in 2012. So this is old and innacurate news.
New music only!
Say you will make a new CD!
