BEWARE.... ANYBODY BUYING TICKETS FOR PITTSBURGH via TICKETMASTER.... The numbers for the individual seats in floor sections are REVERSED on the interactive seating chart. Console Energy Center confirmed in an email on March 2nd that the seat numbers for each floor section are numbered 1 - 14 from RIGHT TO LEFT, FACING THE STAGE. The TICKETMASTER chart has them incorrectly numbered from LEFT TO RIGHT.
This resulted in me buying a ticket on the FAR outside of the floor section. I thought I was buying an aisle seat directly in front of the stage. THIS is a major error by Ticketmaster. After 30 minutes on the phone with Ticketmaster they were able to offer me neither an explanation nor a refund. They offered to exchange my seat for one in row 15 even though my current seat is in row 5. Completely unsatisfactory.
