Must say I'm happy and surprised... Spoiler- don't read if you are on West Coast and want pleasant surprises.
* 'Sleeping Angel' is the most under-rated song in the history of her entire recording career, and it was magic to hear it in prime time, in the context that it was used in. Just a line of 'Whenever I Call' but what a surprise to hear it, and the ending 'Edge' was sweet...enjoyed watching SN on UAN.
It was all pure genius. The writer(s) really knew her material well. A real Stevie buff would understand using the closet masterpiece "Sleeping Angel". Incidentally it was recorded during the reign of J. Iovinne. Ironic how so much is coming full circle for the poet Nicks.

ReplyDeleteI agree. Sleeping Angel is one of her best..thank God she is getting all this attention!! :)
ReplyDeleteActually Stevie's acting debut was on the Chris Isaak show. Brief but she had lines and everything.
ReplyDeletePeople are forgetting about Stevie's actual first TV-acting debut -- the Chris Isaak Show, circa 2001. Yes, Sleeping Angels is one amazing song!
