Check out Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Matt Sweeney's cover of Fleetwood Mac's “Storms”

Check out Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Matt Sweeney's
cover of “Storms”

So far we've heard 9 of the 17 tracks on the album. It's pretty diverse. Personally, I like a lot of the covers with my favourite right now still being "Think About Me" from the New Pornographers. Listen to all nine tracks here: Concord Music Group

The album comes out August 14th and you can pre-order on Amazon

I didn't think I'd like this, but I have to say I enjoyed it. Might even buy the album. Thanks!

Who listens to or goes to concerts of people like this? This is utter shit. Horrible, occasionally off-key singing. Perfunctory guitary strumming. Nothing original or revelatory here. There are too many shitty singer/songwriters out there. If you're this awful, please stop and get a real day job.

Horrible.

I didn't think it was horrible. It's performed with heart and soul, and heart and soul are what Stevie's songs are all about. Despite the differences from the original, it clearly showcases Stevie's talent as a tunesmith and lyricist.

One of the better tracks. Really great interpretation. ^^Second comment (grandma? is that you?) from top should enter the latest century and do some research. Step away from the computer and open your ears.

I'm sorry, but this cover album is dreadful. Every song sounds like the artists are on heroin. The arrangements offer nothing original and they all sound flat and depressing. I can't imagine any Fleetwood Mac fans will like this mess.

This is beautiful. It's a loving interpretation of the the Fleetwood Mac version. The stripped-down arrangement really showcases the lyrics. This may be my favorite one so far.
