No go for Stevie and Rod in Greensboro, NC tonight.  It's been reported that Rod is ill and will have to back out of the show at the Greensboro Coliseum.  The show won't be rescheduled.

Due to a sudden illness and following the advice of his doctor, Rod Stewart has regretfully been forced to cancel his concert tonight with Stevie Nicks in Greensboro, NC.

Ticket refunds will be available from the original point of purchase starting Friday August 3. Tickets purchased via phones or online will be automatically refunded.

The tour is scheduled to resume on Friday, August 3rd at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

"sudden illness" could mean anything, food borne illness, allergic reaction, cold, flu etc...Must have come on at last minute since they were already setting up for the show. I wish him a speedy recovery and hope he is well to continue the tour in Orlando and Lauderdale.
^I'm with you on the Fort Lauderdale show, that was cancelled last year as well due to illness(flu).
Can anyone confirm the road crew is on the way to Orlando? Or will they take the week break and go to Oklahoma?

At their ages, they are canceling alot of shows.
You never know about anyone of course, but whe you get these rock stars on AARP anything can go wrong.
Have a backup plan for your nite out, maybe go see a good bar band, who never complains, plays their asses off, never calls I'm sick and knows the ethic the show must go on
