This short film from Dallas-based producer Jim Ruddy features a portion of an interview with Mick Fleetwood and Stevie Nicks from 1975 or 1976. Topics covered include changes in the band's sound, the songwriting and production process, hit singles and their monumental tour in support of the 1975 self-named Fleetwood Mac album.

Previously The Texas Archives upped this Mick Fleetwood Interview which was cool to see as well.  You can view this footage here

  1. Wow. Very, very cool!!! So awesome to see Stevie Nicks just after joining, wearing jeans no less! With so many interviews of Stevie messed up from this time period, it's nice to see an interview from this era with her sober.

  2. I just noticed that Stevie is wearing striped knee socks, not boots with her outfit. That's different!

  3. This was before Stevie got really screwed up on drugs and it shows. She's very serious and composed. The only major difference now is that back then Mick talked too much and now it's Stevie who talks too much - lol!!!

  4. Awe I never thought Stevie gave THAT MANY awful screwed up interviews during this time...Klono days are a different story. I love seeing her in jeans and with regular short/real nails!

  5. It would be great to see interviews like this of Stevie/Fleetwood Mac..from their humble start. Stevie is so innocent & sweet..and her simple everyday clothes..before all the fame & wealth. what a rare find.
