To me this tour was by far the best of them all. she told stories about every song and she did songs that we will never hear her do live sgain such as a Rose Garden and Garbo.
This gives me hope that someday we'll actually get a release of this tour on DVD.
This was the last time I saw Stevie in concert in Atlanta.so long ago I can't remember the ampitheater...I remember this was the second time at this venue as the first was during the 'THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MIRROR TOUR' with my daughter & husband ...so long ago.I still have the t-shirt they bought me...think I'm gonna cry! It really would be fantastic if Somebody who ever releases these concerts would put some of the older stevie concerts on DVD for example...White Wing Dove...classic Stevie!!!
Help for the previous poster! You may still be able to buy a VHS to DVD system. I transfered all my VHS tapes to DVD you can edit out t.v. commercials too! Hope this helps ! The system wasn't that expensive, but I wonder if they can still be purchased with this tech age who knows !!!
Oh my, I was at this show and remember it well. Stevie, as usual, was great. It was at a covered outdoor amphitheater called The Meadows.

ReplyDeleteStevie's stage outfits were so pretty back then. She should wear them now.

ReplyDeleteStevie has such a great sense of humor, as this interview with Sandra shows.
