The March 12 Fleetwood Mac On With The Show tour date at Chesapeake Arena in Oklahoma City, OK has been postponed and rescheduled for April 17, due to an illness. The band’s previously postponed March 11 show in North Little Rock, AR has been rescheduled for April 19. All tickets for the two shows will be honored on their new dates.
No press release from the band .. I find that rude. Don't they think their fans care? Get better soon what ever is going on!
ReplyDeleteI understand that the fans for those shows would like a better explanation why because of lost traveling expenses other than that the band does not have to explain why this personal reason to the band member privacy. I work in the medical field and that's patient confidential privacy.Well kind of same thing here.
ReplyDeleteAll the fans hope it's not something bad. That's #1. Number #2, there's concern it's serious, given we USUALLY hear of a cancellation coupled with a released saying 'so-and-so has the flu,' or 'so-and-so sustained a hand injury.'
ReplyDelete"I work in the medical field and that's patient confidential privacy." Great. But let me remind you between Obamacare's electronic medical records and the NSA there's no privacy anymore! The lovely Miss Nicks was lucky to go through Betty Ford when she did!
"But let me remind you between Obamacare's electronic medical records and the NSA there's no privacy anymore"
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me? You can't seriously be that stupid. Well, Obamacare haters usually are the most ignorant people around, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Anyway the reason we haven't heard anything probably means it's one of those backing musicians that's sick. FM is a cast of a dozen these days.
But we have heard something - “Notice: Alright my fellow Punters, here is the scoop. I have just been communicating with Mick and he informs me that it is nothing serious. Apparently they had to cancel or postpone a couple of shows because of a sore throat that Stevie has been experiencing lately, but she is fine now. In actual fact, the rest probably did them all some good and things are returning to normal. Thankfully there is nothing to worry about and the FM train rolls on. Thanks for everyone’s concern. …..r” (Richard Dashut) March 13, 2015, 7:39am
