While Showtime's "Roadies" may not feature much in the way of music from the band it's about -- the Staton House Band -- that doesn't mean the show isn't filled with incredible music. In the first two episodes, The Head and the Heart and Reignwolf got a chance to shine in the spotlight.
That trend continues with the third episode of the series, "The Bryce Newman Letter," with special guest Lindsey Buckingham providing an incredible musical moment. Buckingham, vocalist and guitarist for Fleetwood Mac, performs an acoustic version of one of the band's biggest hits, "Bleed to Love Her."
In the Zap2it exclusive sneak peek above, it's clear to the characters on the show just how special it is to be treated to a private concert by the legend and it's something that is extended to everyone watching at home. Appreciate these moments while you can, this isn't the sort of thing you get from most music-based TV shows.
You can see Buckingham's full performance on the next episode of "Roadies" which airs Sunday, July 10 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Showtime.

Lindsey, I remember the first time I saw you on stage...it was love at first sound and, of course, sight since you are gorgeous. And I've seen you solo and with the Mac through the years and you are still great on this woman's ears and eyes. What the fans need is a little more publicity around what FM is doing these days (after the last amazing tour). You all in the band better rest up since there's going to be a very, very huge tour coming up next year. I can't wait!! Love you Lindsey you are my favorite musician ever.
ReplyDeleteI wish he would play this song in concert from the beginning of the tour not at the last handful on shows. Lindsey's big fans love this song. To me this song is his best when you put the lyric and the guitar work on the same piece of art together. Its my personal favorite Lindsey Fleetwood mac song. He is an underated icon to music world. Buckingham and Nicks is the best ever in my eyes!!!
ReplyDeleteLove "Bleed to love her," but it was not a hit, nor even a single. Journalists! LoL
