WOW! What a fantastic show...

Here's tonights setlist... what a DREAM set! These new songs sounded so good tonight it's as if this band has been playing these for like forever, they were that spot on... Stevie looked stunning, fit and her voice was in tip top shape... A total of 8 new tunes including Secret Love... and lots of guests... Dave Stewart, Lindsey Buckingham, Mike Cambell, Peter Stroud and Mick Fleetwood was there but didn't play - he came out on stage when the band was taking their bows, Lindsey was probably already gone as he didn't come out... Mick was first spotted taking his seat in the front row of the balcony... then Lindsey was spotted taking his seat front row in the balcony, the place went bananas!

Had a really good time - didnt make it into the pit which was fine... managed a few pic and vids which I'll take a look at and post once I get back home...There were a lot of people filming and taking pics, so you'll likely see something on youtube soon... Stevie Nicks in control of 'Dreams'

Nicks said she was anxious about the prospect of unveiling her new songs to an audience for the first time.

LOS ANGELES — Stevie Nicks was sauntering around a cavernous sound stage on the Sony lot in Culver City as her tiny dog, Sulamith, who was outfitted in a sweater, trailed behind her. It was Tuesday, only a few days before her Thursday concert at the Wiltern, which will celebrate the release of her first solo album in more than a decade, "In My Dreams," as well as her 63rd birthday. But it was dusty in the rehearsal space. And that upset her.

"This is a massive old place, and for me, it's hard, because it's very, very dusty, and I'm allergic to dust," she said, opting to sit in a stiff office chair instead of on a couch for fear that it would incite her allergies. "When I'm in here for eight hours, I get a bad feeling. It makes me feel like I'm flipping out."

Nicks doesn't like feeling out of control. That's why, for years, she has refused to write music with anyone. Even as a part of Fleetwood Mac — the seminal '70s British-American rock band that generated such hits as "Landslide," "Gold Dust Woman" and "Gypsy" — Nicks rarely sat down and collaborated with her fellow band members.

"I would write a song, put it on a cassette, and put it by the coffee pot for Lindsey (Buckingham) and say, 'Here's the song. You can produce it, but don't change it. Don't come back to me and say you want to change the words or the melody.' I didn't have a very good attitude," she acknowledged.

Stevie Nicks and Friends.... The Wiltern

Ricky Peterson posted a photo to his facebook page of the rehearsals for The Wiltern show this Thursday...

One person in the photo looks vaguely familiar on the left... Can you pick that person out?  Ricky also said in response to someone's comment about playing new music "the band is smokin' the new record!"...  Hopefully they'll be smokin' on some new music played at the show!

To everyone that is travelling today and tomorrow to LA for the show, and there are many, have a safe trip and enjoy the show...

MICK'S VISIT: It turns out legendary rocker Mick Fleetwood was in Bakersfield this past weekend because he's a big Formula 1 race face. Fleetwood, co-founder of Fleetwood Mac, stayed at the downtown Padre Hotel for three days to attend a Formula 1 gathering out at the Buttonwillow Raceway Park.

The Shops at Wailea
Célébrités Gallery of Celebrity Fine Art presents a reception for rocker/artist Mick Fleetwood on May 25 on Maui.

The gallery will unveil a selection of Fleetwood's latest photographic artwork from 6 to 9 p.m.

For more information call (808) 875-6565.

Not clear if Mick will be in attendance.  With him being in California and spotted in Bakersfield - could he be heading to The Wiltern on Thursday night for Stevie's Birthday??

[edit May 26th]

Turns out the event at the Shops at Wailea didn't go ahead as planned as Mick was still in southern California... The Wiltern here you come!!

Stars talk about Oprah Winfrey [Stevie Nicks]

"I think that Oprah's legacy is that she has made a difference and that's what we as women want to do. We want to make a difference in this world and she's made a difference in a lot of ways. She's made a difference in really fun things and she's made a difference in really serious things and she's told us stories that ... I'd never heard -- the word abuse. ... I wouldn't even know what that was. She's made a difference so for me that's why I respect her. ... She will be remembered long after she's gone." -- Stevie Nicks,

who made her first appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in April 2011.
