(Photos) Stevie Nicks Rockin' The Red at the ARIAs

Stevie decked out in an all red in a never before seen outfit - and looking pretty great!  The colour is a nice change from the all black.  Photos aren't great, but from what I can see, the new 2 piece outfit is similarly styled like a few of the new recent pieces we've seen her wearing on tour...

Last night in Sydney, Australia, at the 25th ARIA Awards Show, Stevie Nicks with Nine’s Entertainment Editor Richard Wilkins presented the best contemporary album award to Billy Thorpe's final masterpiece "Tangier" an album coincidentally that Mick Fleetwood played drums on.

Collecting the ARIA AWARD on the night were Billy's wife, Lynn, and daughters Lauren and Rusty.

Review: Stevie Nicks Live in Perth

Stevie Nicks back to her magnificent best in Perth

Given her troubled past and well documented struggles with drugs and alcohol Stevie Nicks had no right to look and sound as good as she did last night.

She was here on the Perth leg of the Australian tour in support of her latest, Dave Stewart-produced, album In Your Dreams. In front a dream band led by legendary guitarist Waddy Wachtel, the 63-year-old’s voice commanded attention and affection as it rang out in the cool night air.

Towards the end of the two-hour set as the band cranked out chorus after chorus of Edge Of Seventeen, Nicks walked across the front of the stage – with help from her security who made sure the tiny-framed songstress did not get pulled in – touching the fans within reach. Those further back were just as surely touched by an artist who delivered a memorable and heart warming performance.

Stevie Nicks Interview: "Couple of Projects to do in 2012" before Reuniting Fleetwood Mac

Fun interview with Dan and Ken from Heart 107.3 Hobart, Tasmania from November 23rd.  The segment was quite long that included full versions played of Edge of Seventeen and Stand Back, which I edited out.
